Tech2PAE is your gateway to accelerating the transition of Science and Technology (S&T) innovations into actionable capabilities for the Warfighter. Designed specifically for S&T teams, this resource helps bridge the gap between research and procurement by connecting you with the right Department of War (DoW) acquisition partners.
Using readily available data sources, the tool provides tailored recommendations for relevant organizations and, where possible, direct points of contact (POCs) to streamline your engagement process.

How to use this tool:
- Conduct a project transition readiness self-assessment using the TMaF.
- Go to the Tech2PAE tool to generate a recommended list of potential transition partner organizations. First Visit? The Tech2PAE tool is a private MVP tool for use by the community. Please send an e-mail to Tech2PEO@MITRE.org to request access. Once you receive access, you will be able to navigate the capability. Thank you.
- Prepare for your outreach to these organizations.
- If the Tech2PAE tool advises your project is lower than preferred readiness, consider alternate transition partners in the military Innovation Ecosystem.
