I hope you’ve found this unofficial guide helpful in formulating strategies to use oral proposals to better understand the vendor’s proposal and get on contract much faster. You don’t have to duplicate anything I’ve done here—just use it to spark ideas or give your own ideas a boost. Most of all, you should be tailoring these techniques to fit your acquisition; if you’re not customizing, you’re doing it wrong!
